TIP OF THE DAY: Consistency



CONSISTENCY IS ALWAYS THE KEY TO SUCCESS.

Train when you must, eat your time and rest at the right times. 


If you skip a workout or eat something unhealthy or poorly nutritious, do not feel guilty, simply do not make a habit of failure.
